At the entrance to Zaharesti village, there's a suspension bridge over the Buzau river, which shortens the walking distance to the town of Patarlagele by several kilometers. It's quite a sight as it spans high above the river, giving pedestrians a feeling of being suspended in mid-air amid the gaps in its mesh. Notably, right beneath the bridge lies a water ledge, locally referred to as a 'waterfall'.
